Small Group Form

New Small Groups will be promoted through social media, website/app and weekly eblast.  Please allow 2-3 weeks lead time before starting your group.  For updates on existing Small Groups please allow at least 1-2 weeks notice. 

All new small group leaders will need to complete Discover Liberty and be background checked before beginning a new group. Please select from the following:

    If you would like to use church facility, we will check the calendar for available spaces! Church facility use is available Sundays-Thursdays. Friday & Saturday groups will need to meet off-campus.

    Please put address, this will be hidden until you approve the member's request to join the group. If meeting at Liberty, please list the room you prefer to use.

    We always make groups "request to join" so that you have to approve anyone that is interested in joining the group. By having it listed it then shows up as an available group. You can put quantity limits on the groups as well. However, if this is a closed group and by invitational only that is ok too and we can make your group unlisted. But having the details always the Pastors to cover you and your group.

    Please upload your small group roster. Rather than take attendance through Planning Center groups, you can make a roster list and send it to us quarterly. The easiest way to do this is to create a note on your phone and screenshot, save it to photos and then upload it. Please put their full first and last name!
