Kingdom Kids In-take Form

The heart of Kingdom Kids is to give your child a worship experience that fits his or her needs and to create an environment where he or she can learn about God and experience the presence of Jesus Christ. Our goal is to serve your family with excellence. While serving your child, our top priority is the safety of your child, other children, and the Kingdom Kids Team.

To serve your family with excellence, It is important to check in with the team member in Children's Ministry Guest Services so that we can make sure we have the appropriate people and resources to best serve your child. 

All children will start and will be picked up in the age-appropriate assigned classroom. While attending service, the children play with other children, experience worship, watch a bible story, pray, have a snack, and complete a craft and coloring sheet. 

We will text parents or guardians out of service if your child is sick, hurt, hurting others, or displaying extreme behavior. When you check your child in you will receive a parent’s pick-up sticker that matches your child's sticker. If we need you for any reason, we will text the primary adult number or will come get you in service. 

If a child is medically fragile or has a history of seizures, the Kingdom Kids Pastor will set up a time to meet with the parent or guardian to develop a Medical Protocol. 

Children who have had a fever of 99 or higher, vomiting or diarrhea in the past 24 hours should not attend service. 

Our Kingdom Kids Team is made up of volunteers who are trained but are not trained professionals. The Kingdom Kids Team will implement multiple strategies to help the children be successful while in the Children’s Ministry.

The safety of your child, other children, and our Kingdom Kids Team is our top priority. If a child starts displaying behaviors that are not appropriate, one of our Team members will ask the parent or guardian to meet to discuss the behavior further and to develop a behavior plan if necessary. We want to support your child and we are so glad you are part of the Kingdom Kids Ministry! We will do everything we can to support you and your child with excellence. 

Sound Haven/Sensory Room Special Accommodations:
Sound Haven Sensory Room exists to share the love of Christ by assisting individuals needing special accommodations and their families to become full participants and contributors in the body of Christ. Our goal each week is to integrate children and to make them as independent as possible in their classrooms. Each child is fully integrated, partially integrated, or stays in the Sound Haven sensory room classroom depending on the child's plan, Kingdom Kids team availability, and the classroom dynamic. As the child gains independence and is successful in the classroom with their peers, Sound Haven services will fade out when appropriate.
